Initial Intake Session is $180

Standard 50-55 minute psychotherapy appointment is $150-$180

EMDR Intensive 3.5 hour session is $425

Sliding fee scale available to those in need.

Inner Light Counseling currently has insurance contracts with America’s PPO/Health EZ, Medica, Optum, UCare, and United Health Care. Inner Light Counseling is working on insurance contracts and this information will be updated when available.

When paying through insurance, co-pays are due at the beginning of your session. You are only expected to pay the co-pay, coinsurance, and/or deductible required by your insurance provider and plan.

For outpatient sessions and EMDR Intensives, the full fee for the appointment is due at the time of service.

You will be provided with a receipt and you are welcome to submit this to your insurance provider. Your insurance company may partially reimburse your service, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. A receipt can also be provided to submit to your Health Savings Account (HSA).
